Live2d Rigging

By requesting a rig, you agree to the following terms:
* I have the right to reject a commission.
(Note: My style is best suited to flat-chested girls and mascots)COPYRIGHTS AND LICENSES
For the purposes of these terms "Rig" refers to all JSON source files, animation files, and .moc3 files created in the live2d process in part and in whole as well as any artwork illustrated by me for the texture atlas. "Art" refers to all artwork used to create the texture atlas in part or in whole that is not illustrated by me. "Design" refers to any design ideas, artwork and all intellectual property and similar ideas used to derive the Art that might otherwise limit the free-use of any persons' derivative use of any portion of the Art without this agreement. "Artist" refers to all contributing parties to the Art or Design besides myself. "Model" refers to the combination of the Art, Rig and Design.All rights of third parties to the Art and Design is unmodified by this agreement. By requesting a commission, you assert that you already have the rights necessary to fulfill these terms. (I highly encourage asking your artist if you are unsure).
I retain the copyright to the Rig.
I have the right to edit the Art if needed to facilitate the creation of the Rig.
I gain non-exclusive commercial, publication, syndication, distribution, and production of derivatives rights to the Art, Design, and Model. Derivative works I create using the Art, Design or Model are copyrightable by me. (ie - I can make Youtube videos showing off the model and monetize it)
You gain license to publicize and commercialize your operation of the Rig. The license to commercialize and publicize your operation of the Rig is transferable at your discretion (ie - Other people can publish videos of you using the Model if you let them).
You and I have exclusive license to operate the Model. This license is not transferable without both of our consent. (ie - Only we can actually use the Model without asking the other)Process
A quote may be requested at any point based on the features of the model and when I am brought into the process.
If I offer a base quote and you accept, you can let your let your artist or designer know I am the rigger and reach out to me as soon as possible to touch base. If things are cut the way I need them to be, rigging will look much better! I also offer a significant discount the earlier in the process I am brought in. Initial payment will be invoiced through Papal when the cutting is completed but before work is started. This is non-refundable unless deadline is missed.
Additional features can be considered during rigging process. These will be invoiced before delivery.
My Deadline is 6 months, however an estimate of time will be provided. I usually complete within 3 months for basic rigs. Starting at delivery, you have 60 days to request rigging fixes for free! Beyond that is at my discretion.Attribution
I must be credited as "Rigging Mama: UmiHimeYokai," or "Rigging Papa: UmiHimeYokai" on your twitch profile with a hyperlink to https://umihimeyokai.carrd.co/ when the Model is used in vods, clips or streams that can be reached from your profile page. When that is the case, you will also give the twitch handle, "umihimeyokai", the Artist Role.
A similar credit is required if live-streaming on another platform. For Youtube, it should be in the description of any live stream or youtube video that shows the Model.
You will remove credit if I request it.Morality Clause
It is considered a violation of these terms to spread hatred or intolerance based on actual or perceived race, sex, sexual orientation, gender, nationality, disability status, or religion.
It is considered a violation of these terms to spread hatred or intolerance based purely on one's involvement with wholly consensual adult interests including BDSM, Kinks, 2D Adult Illustrations, Consensual Sex Work, LewdTubers, Camworkers, OnlyFans Workers, Strippers, Fetishes, and Fantasy-Only Interests.
You do not have to create "safe spaces" for discussion of these topics and may forbid their discussion. However, you commission me with the understanding that I am an adult subject-focused content creator and that fostering negativity toward adult content or immutable characteristics causes measurable harm to my brand and will avoid taking such actions.Additional Stipulations
I have the right to submit a bid on any additional Rigging needs you may have for the Art or Design.
At my discretion, I may decide to give you one silly/embarrassing toggle (eg. bald) as an easter egg at no cost to you. If I do so, you promise to show it off at least once.

Cutting Guide

Laws for Cutting and Design
When in doubt, don't merge.
Side hair should have at least three parts: front of the ears, behind the ears, behind the behind the ears (this can be the backhair, but texture it like it's the side).
Always keep outlines and base colors separate.
Always keep shadows and base colors separate.
Always keep highlights and base colors separate.
Always keep patterns and base colors separate.
Always keep textures and base colors separate.
If shadows are cast by two different layers, the shadow should also be two different layers.
If a highlight is caused by two different lights, it needs be two different layers.
If it's on the edge of something round, extend it (it's a clip layer).
It's easier to curve a straight line, than straighten a curved line.
Make lips mostly straight, and give me guides if you have a mouth style in mind.
Normal and Multiply only. No glow, no overlay.
Hairtwists should be segmented.
Hair curls should be segmented.
Please label your layers.
